Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is an outgoing self-starter responsible for initiating first contact, establishing, and developing lead qualification conversations with prospective clients, such that the result of this work is pre-qualified leads ready for and easily transferred for pursuit by the WHR sales team.
The activities of this role include phone calls and email correspondence to help the prospective client, and WHR, establish a relationship and probable business fit leading to an authentic interest by the prospect to engage in further sales conversations with WHR. The Inside Sales Representative oversees inbound responses to marketing campaigns, and prospects into desired client types (size, industry, geography) to help support and ensure quarterly sales goals are met and exceeded. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this fast-paced position directly impacts company growth and profitability through developing strategies to attract new customers.
This is a critical position to the continued growth of WHR Group and requires a self-motivated professional who can provide an immediate impact.
Real Estate - Relocation Associate
A Relocation Associate works in a team centered environment with a relocation counselor to provide outstanding customer service to our relocating transferees, clients, internal departments, and third party vendors such as real estate agents.
The associate’s typical duties include answering transferee’s questions and advising them on next steps, working with the real estate agents to ensure the transferee’s home is listed and working towards obtaining a sale, ordering and delivering the home inspection results to the transferee, and ensuring that the required documentation is accurate and complete.
This role is a growth position and learning is progressive. The associate role is designed to be a training ground to become a relocation counselor, which is a senior level position.
High attention to customer service is critical for this position. The goal is to ensure a smooth relocation for the transferee.
Salary: $32,000-$38,000 p/y. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation.
