The Right of Access
We acknowledge the right of individuals to access their data for the purpose of reviewing, editing, or correcting their personal information. EU, UK, and Swiss individuals wishing to access their personal information may do so by contacting WHR, and we will review and make corrections accordingly. Third Party Access to Personal Data
In the course of WHR’s relocation business, we may transfer information to our third party suppliers (e.g., moving companies, temporary housing suppliers, etc.) as necessary to support the services we deliver. This information is used solely for the purposes of providing relocation services in accordance with our client contracts. We may be liable for the appropriate onward transfer of EU, UK, and Swiss individuals’ personal data to third parties.
We do not currently share your information with third parties who are non-agents; however, if that changes in the future, we will provide individuals with a way to opt out of that use or sharing.
In order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit www.bbbprograms.org/dpf-complaints for more information and to file a complaint. This service is provided free of charge to you.

Disclosure of Customer Information
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or to protect the rights and property of WHR, our customers, users, or others. This includes the exchange of information in defense or prevention of fraud and reduction of credit risk. We may be required to disclose personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including meeting national security and law enforcement requirements.
