Chris Lagerman, Relocation Department Manager, has a background in customer service, business management and quality assurance. Chris has been with WHR Group for over 5 years where he has built a broad background in the various facets of the relocation process. Starting as an appraisal reviewer and eventually moving into a relocation counselor position. He successfully piloted an outsourced counseling process and this program exists today as the WHR's model of service excellence. His current management position is to oversee the entire Counseling Department where he focuses on providing support, training and a development plan to each member of the department. He serves as the primary resource for team questions, problem resolution, quality assurance, client reporting and client integration.
Chris attended the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and earned his CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation in 2006.

Jill Rooney,
Relocation Manager, has been employed with WHR Group since 2001. Her current responsibility is to oversee the Government Relocation Team. Jill had managed
the appraisal department at WHR Group for over seven years before managing the Government
Team. Her expertise in appraisal review and positive service first attitude
has attributed to her exceeding client expectations and service goals of the organization.
Her prior experience includes a background in title insurance, mortgage and
appraisal.
Jill has an Associate Degree in Real Estate and earned her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation in 2005 and her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2006.

Jeff Beyer, Information Technology Manager, has been in the technology field in various capacities for the past 20 years. He has held various management positions including Vice President, Application Development at Golden Books Publishing Company and was a Principal Consultant for Greenbrier and Russel, Inc. Jeff has extensive applications design and development experience across a broad range of platforms. Jeff is responsible for the architecture, design and delivery of the WHR Group's computing solutions which include a customized relocation management system, customer portal, reporting solutions and client customizations.
Jeff has the unique ability to bridge the gap between the business needs of relocation management activities and the implementation of technology that is necessary to drive a fluid and nimble operation.
Jeff has Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Business Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside.

Melissa Fox, Client Service Manager, has been a strong service and relocation resource for clients and transferees throughout her years with WHR Group. Melissa started with WHR as a relocation associate and was quickly elevated to the position of relocation coordinator. In her role as coordinator she took on new clients and worked with them to implement their new and existing policies. Her current responsibilities include overseeing counseling, resale teams, client policy development and implementation. While she is the primary contact for her clients and teams, Melissa is also involved with new process and procedure development. Her experience prior to joining WHR included a position as a social worker with the Bureau of Child Welfare in Milwaukee.
Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts and Science from Marquette University, is a licensed Real Estate Agent, and earned her GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) designation in 2007.
