A Word From Roger
Happy New Year
from WHR Group and Best Wishes to all for a Healthy
and Prosperous 2012.
WHR
experienced a record year in 2011 which beat our
previous record of 2010. I'm extremely proud of the
success we've had in such a down economy, and the actions of our
leadership team have proven to be 'spot on' in terms of managing
for success. WHR continues to grow and
thrive and I humbly thank all of our clients, partners and
employees in making this such a dynamic organization. However
any good coach or leader will not allow their team
to rest on their laurels and simply
celebrate past success. We always have to be looking to
the future: how are we going to address the next
opportunity? How can WHR position itself to continue
to grow in this economy? What actions do we need to take now to
position ourselves for future
success?
Some of the
answer is to continue on our current path and insure
WHR is following our strategic roadmap. However, with this
growth comes a need for new employees, a professional training
program, succession planning, and aligning our organizational
structure to meet client demands. Our success has provided
growth, but we also need to couple this with professional
management as well. Therefore I've made the strategic
decision to bring in a COO to help manage the entire operational
platform of WHR. After two record years of growth and earnings,
I felt we needed additional expertise and experience to insure we
keep WHR Group moving forward in a positive
direction. This will allow me to spend time on WHR's
overarching strategy and looking at what markets and
products WHR should be investing. Our COO can then
focus on the operational success of the organization to insure
we don't miss a beat in providing optimal service and cost management
to our clients.
Therefore I'd
like to introduce you to Mike Schaetzle as he will be
acting in this role. Many of you may know Mike, and if you
don't he'll be looking forward to meeting you and discussing how WHR
can continue to provide service excellence to you and your
transferees. Mike has over 35 years of experience driving
exponential growth at a number of the top companies in the relocation
industry, including 20 years of management experience at
PHH Homequity (acquired by Cartus). I feel extremely
fortunate to add someone as talented as Mike as he possesses one of
the best operational minds in the business. His
dynamic personality, organizational skills and proven
leadership will help drive WHR growth and continue our
year over year record setting pace.
As always, it
is with heartfelt gratitude that I thank our great clients
for our great 2011, and I look forward to even greater things in
2012.
If you would
like to know more about WHR and are interested in our services,
I would be delighted to talk and listen to your
needs. I welcome your calls and feedback, and you can

Transferees Speak
" I just can't rate my Counselor high
enough with the help he has provided through our home sale process. He,
and his team, went way beyond the call of duty when dealing with my
wife's and my special circumstances. Throughout it all he was cool,
calm, extremely professional and a warm and caring human being! Thank
you all for having him work with us!!!!!!"
"I
was initially very skeptical about working with a relocation vendor, as
my previous employer moves involved internal employees. However, this
WHR team was great to work with - always friendly, helpful, and quick
to respond to calls and e-mails. We were very satisfied."
Scott

"My WHR
Counseling team was outstanding. Their communication with each other is
incredible."

"My
Counseling team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and
able to anticipate problems. They could not have done a better job.
Thank You."
Scott T, Waldorf MD
"WHR's
counselors were amazing. They always made themselves available. They
were clear with their explanations and answers to my questions. If
there was anything that they did not know the answer to, they either
found out and immediately responded to me or were able to direct me to
the people I needed to talk to."
Darren
S, Broken Arrow OK
"My
Counseling team went out of their way to help me understand the
process, answer my questions, and even listen to me when I had a
concern about the customer service at the new lender. They were a great
team, and made our relocation process simple. A special thank you to
them for their top-notch customer service to us."
