A Word From Roger
As
2011 comes to a close I feel extraordinarily blessed and
grateful for the relationships WHR has with our customers, employees
and service partners. There is no denying we all work
extremely hard to earn our clients trust and business, but these
relationships allow WHR to give back to our community and help
support those less fortunate.
Throughout the
calendar year WHR provided support to various causes and many
worthwhile organizations. Here is a sampling of the
organizations that WHR serves:
Wounded
Warrior Barracks at Walter Reed National Medical Center:

The
Woman's Center in Waukesha, WI: www.twcwaukesha.org

to so many deserving people.
From all of us at
WHR we wish you Peace, Health and Happy Holidays with much
success in the New Year!

Steve Jobs: 20
Life Lessons
BY:
Lance Ulanoff
My feelings about Steve Jobs have always been a little
mixed. I long admired his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen
and was in sheer awe of his natural instincts for what appeals to
consumers. On the other hand I bristled at what I saw as his - and by
extension Apple's - occasionally capricious and even contradictory
actions (App store products in or out, inability to get in front of
product issues, antennaegate) and super secretive nature.

Five Things
You Should Stop Doing in 2012
BY: Dorie
Clark
I recently
got back from a month's vacation - the longest I've ever taken, and a
shocking indulgence for an American. (Earlier this summer, I was
still fretting about how to pull off two weeks unplugged.) The
distance, though, helped me hone in on what's actually important to
my professional career -

Transferees Speak
"My husband and I recently relocated to
the Washington DC area, and my WHR counseling team played a major role
in managing our relocation. They did so with great care,
thoughtfulness, skill and ease. They did an absolutely outstanding
job in every aspect related to our relocation. They assisted us in many
ways and kept us apprised of the many issues concerning the sale of our
house in Texas. Both team members should be recognized for the
outstanding support they provided. Words cannot adequately
express our gratitude for the kindness they continually expressed to us
and the professionalism they demonstrated in assisting us. Great
job-great team! Thanks so very much"
"I'm
very pleased with the service and overall working situation I
experienced with team WHR. They were very professional, and
understanding that I had never used a relocation firm to sell a home.
They talked me though new issues and kept me supplied with updates,
without burning up the phone line or email. They both did and
outstanding job working with me."
John
S, Alexandria VA
"I've
concluded the buyout process on my home. Given the market conditions,
it would have been very difficult to sell my home. Thanks for
everything. You have been super in guiding us through the
process."
Valerie
C, Lafayette IN
"This
team provided me with everything I needed."
John M, Longview TX
