A Word From
Roger
WHR has always been proud of our customer service
scores and we consistently achieve rankings in the upper 90th
percentile. Which begs the question is this enough? is it
possible to achieve higher rankings when you provide
services during one of the most stressful times in someone's
life? Is it even possible to achieve 100% service satisfaction?
Not every employee
desires a transfer, wants to leave their
community, sell a cherished home or embark upon a
foreign assignment. How is it possible to achieve
consistency in service? While a person may not give a 100%
ranking due to the circumstance can we still achieve an outcome where
WHR provided a meaningful and memorable customer service
experience? In other words can we still score 100% under any
scenario?
I don't have
all the answers, so we partnered with an organization that excels at
training people on providing outstanding customer
interactions. I always tell our clients that we can train
anyone on the mechanics of a relocation transaction, but I can't teach
people to be caring and nice. I believe in hiring people
that have "empathy" as a character trait. These
are people that already have a conviction in helping people
and can benefit from the training this organization provided.
We made a
significant investment in this training and it will continue
into the future. We have engaged this firm for the long
haul, and we anticipate even greater customer relationships based
upon what we have already learned. Is 100% customer
service possible? I don't have the answer yet, but
I'll keep you updated as we progress through out the year.
Please let
me know if you would like to gain a further understanding of WHR and
the services we provide.
