Roger Thrun, Founder and President, began his relocation career at Merrill Lynch Relocation and eventually moved to Homequity in the mid 1980s.  Roger earned various promotions during his tenure at these companies and focused on strategy development, business model transformation and operational efficiencies.  Having witnessed first hand the operations at these large relocation management companies, Roger founded WHR Group because he believed there was a better way to manage relocation services.  Rather then offering a "one-size-fits-all" program, he created a nimble, innovative, and responsive relocation firm supplying flexible services to meet the specific needs of companies while reducing overall relocation expenses.

Roger is a graduate of Marquette University, a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and a member of the Wisconsin Young Presidents Organization (YPO).  He has been active in the relocation industry for over 20 years.

Paul De Boer, Executive Vice President launched his relocation career at Homequity where he met Roger but took a different path in the company. Paul focused on operations, account management and eventually moved to Los Angeles to assist in the group move of approximately 2,000 people from Southern California to Arizona. He returned to the Midwest and took a position with Accenture for 10 years where he was Senior Manager responsible for U.S. domestic relocation and expatriate management. This led to a position at ACS-Inc. a full service HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) where he was responsible for sales and account development of relocation and expatriate management. WHR Group offered Paul his current position in 2007 where he focuses on revenue generation, sales, and account development.

Paul is a graduate of Calvin College, a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).  He served a three year term on the Board of Directors of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and was the 2007 Chairman of their Global Advisory Council.  He has been active in the relocation industry for over 20 years.

Cathy Sinkula, Director of Administration launched her relocation career at WHR Group.  Her past experience includes 15 years in the human resource and payroll industries where she served in a variety of administrative capacities including payroll, staffing, contracts, and benefit administration.  Cathy's current role at WHR is to oversee all of the internal administrative functions related to HR, accounting, contract administration, business continuity and technology development.

Cathy is a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Tom Vosicky, Director of Operations, has been engaged in the Real Estate Industry for over 25 years and also met Roger at Homequity in the mid 1980s.  His work experience includes being an independent State of Illinois Certified Residential Appraiser, serving in operational roles at Homequity and helping build WHR Group by managing various processes since its inception. Tom is now responsible for all client-facing operations management which includes streamlining, documenting, developing internal teams and continuously improving all processes related to WHR relocation operations.

Tom graduated from Loyola University and holds the designation of a Certified Indoor Environmentalist.
