The system also comes with a free Client and Transferee Portal which provides real time data on every transferee in process. Clients can view the status, cost, and any other pertinent information regarding the transferee's relocation life cycle. Document Management is a key differentiator of the technology in that every piece of documentation associated with the transferee is imaged, scanned, or faxed directly into the database. These images are available for viewing 24x7x365 and clients can access this information in tandem with their WHR Group contact. This technology minimizes the use of photo copying and providing multiple copies for various parties. Everyone associated with the transaction can view the data electronically and thus save precious paper resources.
